Middlesbrough Gateway Club is a youth and community organisation for people with a learning disability aged over 14 years, and a leisure, recreation and social education resource.

- The Federation of Gateway Clubs was founded by MENCAP in 1966 and deals with all aspects of leisure.
- Where is it held?
- Because we have so many members we hold our Gateway Club at Lothian Road Day Centre, Lothian Road, Middlesbrough.
- What is there to do?
- You can meet up with friends and play snooker or have a sing-a-long with the karaoke. We have a disco, arts & crafts, adult literacy, computers, or watch your favourite pop group on video.

- You can contact the Middlesbrough Mencap & Gateway Head Office at Southlands Centre, Ormesby Road, Middlesbrough Tel (01642) 318317 or just come on a Wednesday evening from 7.00pm to 9.00pm to Lothian Road Centre. Ask for George or Debbie.
- How much will it cost?
- There is a 70 pence fee to pay on the door per person. There are also canteen facilities so you can enjoy tea, coffee or soft drink.
